Being able to combine a lifetime interest and passion for Yoga and wholefoods in one lovely place at Rua Awa, and then sharing this space with guests, friends, family and students has been a dream come true.

My training encompasses Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga as well as Functional Movement Patterns. I have certificates in Food as Medicine and Biological Farming. My approach is holistic, blending nutrition, movement patterns and Yoga into an uplifting experience.

My Yoga classes often follow the seasons with opportunities to attend corresponding nutrition workshops to help establish and create long lasting health benefits.

At Rua Awa we have created a flourishing farm and garden that feeds us, our friends, family and guests, the Kakahi Kitchen garden and menu is a truly seasonal garden to plate offering.

Taking time to focus and understand food & energy through Yoga and gardening is a very grounding experience.

My workshops are fun and informative! with participants making, sampling and taking home the results of their efforts, as well as comprehensive notes. I always add in neat little extras, hard to source ingredients, tips and treats. A totally immersive few hours in a stunning location. Delicious nutritious morning or afternoon tea included.

Workshops are limited to six people, due to this small number we are happy to create a workshop for you and your friends, why not get a group together and contact me for pricing and options.
